Immigration Law
Not every immigration attorney goes to federal court.
This firm does.
Led by former U.S. asylum officer and Department of Justice trial attorney Vanessa Molina, the firm represents clients in federal immigration litigation, appeals, and asylum matters, bringing experience from both sides of the system.

Denaturalization cases are among the most serious matters in immigration law. In these cases, the government is seeking to take away someone’s U.S. citizenship.
Attorney Vanessa Molina has worked on denaturalization cases from the government’s side, giving her a clear understanding of how these cases are built and pursued.
Many denaturalization cases begin before a lawsuit is filed. Early legal intervention and negotiations with the government can sometimes make a critical difference. When USCIS denies an employment-based petition, the consequences for your business or career can be serious. A denial, however, does not always mean the case is over.
Whether the issue involves an EB-5 investment, an H-1B specialty occupation, an L-1 multinational executive visa, or another employment-based category, certain USCIS decisions can be challenged in federal court.
Attorney Vanessa Molina spent years at the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Immigration Litigation defending these types of cases on behalf of the government. That experience provides a unique understanding of how these decisions are made, and how they can be challenged.

When a loved one is detained by ICE, every hour matters. The fear and uncertainty can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face it alone.
A writ of habeas corpus is a legal action that allows us to challenge an unlawful detention in federal court and require the government to explain why someone is being held.
The Law Office of Vanessa Molina handles ICE detention challenges, including unlawful detention, prolonged detention without a hearing, and cases where someone remains detained while a case or appeal is pending. When someone’s freedom is at stake, the firm acts quickly to protect their rights and pursue every available legal option.

Temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions are legal tools that can pause unlawful government actions.
Attorney Vanessa Molina worked on these types of emergency motions while serving at the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Immigration Litigation. When urgent action is required, the firm is prepared to act quickly in federal court to protect your rights and preserve your status.

When the government has delayed a decision on your case for months or even years, the uncertainty can put your life on hold. Through a federal lawsuit known as a mandamus action, the firm can ask the court to require the government to make a decision on long-delayed applications and petitions.
You have the right to a decision, and this firm helps enforce that right in federal court.
